Back before midterms, Theo invited me out for a beer after class and we joked about plumbing devices, sex, and Walter Benjamin. It was fun. Later, Em, Theo, his girlfriend and myself went out for food and went to their place for a fun game of Trivial Pursuit, where Theo and I's previous conversation of said subjects (sex, plumbing objects, etc.) was mentioned.
Theo told me today that his girlfriend still can't stand me. She doesn't "hate" me perse, but I did manage to help his sex life because she's jealous and threatened by me. This was a wonderful statement, as I always strive to give a helping hand to other's sex lives by pissing the girlfriend off.
Theo claims to have no knowledge as to why all this is going on (to which I said "you are not a female"), but thinks it's damn cute. Sorry, let me rephrase, she's cute. Kim thought it was hilarious, but I tend to think of this as a bad thing. Except for the whole sex life improvement thing. That's a bonus.
Granted, I never make a good frist impression, but I try. But then again, she seems like a cutsy girly-girl, who Theo keeps describing as intelligent. Hmmmm... But they do look adorable together. Honestly.
