Jenny and the Squid Toy

Last night, Sarah gifted me a squid toy that used to be attached to a cat toy. It was Jesse's birthday party, but she brought me a gift. It was very subversive and highly squidtastic. I enjoyed her and her commentary for the remainder of the evening. That is until Bobby conquered her mouth with his tongue. I mean.. it's Bobby! He gets a little kissy when he's drunk. That's better than him getting fighty, right? Which he also tends to do sometimes.

Marie was there too and left a pile of throw-up outside, which promptly got called "Murray" by her boyfriend, Mouse. Mouse was slurring a little, so we think he intended to call the vomit by his girlfriend's name. I'm not touching that since I'm not in the relationship.

And the only friend who I invited to Jesse's party that actually came was Jenny! Yeah! She came all the way up from Fremont to visit the party. She showed up during shirtless o'clock, which included Fawn and some blond girl I've never met before this time. Jenny promptly said hello to me as she walked in the door, as well as Andrew who was standing behind me.

Now, how does Andrew know Jenny? The greeting didn't last long, other than "I'm getting a beer, how's life going". Alexei then came out of his room and jolted his arms into a pre-hug position upon seeing Jenny walk out of the kitchen. She knows Alexei too? So much for me bringing a new person into the mix.

Slept over at Marie's, went straight to Tom's last tutoring session, and now I'm sitting on the couch getting colder by the minute. This winter's going to cost us a fortune. Damn expensive electric heating!

P.S. I am dying to learn American Sign Language after seeing the overly-dramatic, loud queen (with the best curly hair I've seen in a long time), who works at the 9th and Irving Starbucks, talk to a customer about his coffee. Who knew musical-singing coffee baristas could have a discussion without any audio?
