Oh. My. God.
Nina's replacement, Torunn, is a nice person. But does she have to lean over me?!
Example: She walks in, a mom on the line, asking if we have the plane tickets to Chile. Yes, we do. The mom is asking how much luggage her daughter can take on the plane. 20 kilos. She sees the tickets on my desk and asks if it's in there. Yes, I reach for them and she's hovering over my shoulder in a matter of seconds. This is by far one of my biggest pet peeves. Not only is she hovering, but her fingers are reaching out for the tickets, trying to look through them. HELLO!! The tickets are in my hands!!!! Is it just me, or is this rude? Add that to the fact that I HATE when people look over my shoulder. If I wanted her to go through the tickets, I would give them to her. Did I do that? No. So, I finally find the specific ticket for the daughter and hand it to Torunn. She takes it out and relays the 20 kilo info to the mom. Ok, did I even tell her a minute before that the allowance was 20 kilos? Or did she just not hear me?
Like I'm so irritated right now... I can't sit still.... my nerves are so on edge. I hate that feeling. So, now, I'm totally uncomfortable around her. Fine with me. Maybe she'll get the picture. Don't walk into my office and hover over me like I don't matter.
I feel like screaming....
