In Portland....

What has happened so far:

Sushi for dinner. Yum to the extreme.
Watching of Transporter 2. Not my type of movie and sort of a let-down in terms of stunts and fight scenes and the like.
Dress shopping with Jen, Interesting. Tried on many different sorts of dresses and finally found one that both Jen and I can agree on. When it's just hanging therem it doesn't look like much. But then you put it on and it looks so much better. Plus, it's only 140 bucks. The interesting part happened when Jen saw another bride-to-be try on this dress that took her breath away. She wasn't sure if she should try it on because she already has a dress. But she did anyway and cried. It's THE dress. It's a Maggie Sotera and it's only 700 dollars. Most of her dresses go for over a grand, easily. But it looks exquisite on her. We're taking pictures tomorrow - I did my maid of honor duties and told her to bring her first dress to the store and try both of them on to compare. Although, the Sotera will win no doubt. So hopefully, I'll be able to show her in it on this blog.
Oh right, before dresses - we went to Torrid and I caved and bought these sunglasses and a killer hat. It looks so sick on me... I'm not even kidding. I'm a total rockstar.

What will be happening:

Bar food and lots a drinks at Wichita's tonight. Big crowd of Chris' friends, which should be fun! And drinking's always a good thing on days such as these. Plus, it's not so expensive up here. :)
Doing the dress thing tomorrow which I stated before.
Getting manicures. I love going with Jen for some reason.
Chinese food (probably) tomorrow night.
Homework. Jen has to work on Monday and I don't leave until 18.00, so I've got all day to do my reading. Which is far too much to get done in one day, which is why I'll be doing some tomorrow morning and evening.
Flying home, thus ending my wonderful trip to the Northwest.

Oh and by the way, their kitten Buddy is so adorable. It's even more adorable when Chris plays with him. Next post'll be from back home. I can't stand this keyboard. One of those ergonomical ones that splits the keys. I can't ever get used to that.
